The ideal candidate should be familiar with ISO.
Benefits of the Quality Control Manager:
Sunday-Saturday.
12-hour shifts.
2-2-3 day shift - 8:
00am - 8:
00pm.
2-2-3 night shifts- 8:
00pm-8:
00am Pay:
$16 per hour.
Requirements of the Quality Control Manager:
Understand company quality policy.
Familiar with ISO requirements, manuals, where to find information when needed.
Familiar with how your job is relevant and important and contributes to the achievement of quality objectives of the company.
Responsibilities of the Quality Control Manager:
Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare production parts to the standard by performing hourly in process inspection.
Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
Ensures all reject parts are segregated appropriately by following the control of nonconforming outputs procedure.
Document defects on the rejection sheets.
Ensure all paperwork is filled in accurately.
Resolve quality engineer and production coordinator.
Keep communication open with fellow quality technicians, quality manager, plant manager, quality engineer and production coordinator.
Keep the quality area organized and clean.
Suggest improvements to top managements.
All other duties.
